recently had prk procedure done at coastal vision. The experience was good until the date of surgery. They made me show up at 9:15am but didnt get me to the surgery room until 12:30ish. I was already too tired at this point from waiting in the exam room with no AC on. The staff checked in on me often and kept apologizing about the wait. They offered me some snacks but the wait in a closed room gave me a real headache.
