I had a 2:45pm appt and called to see if you had an earlier appt available. I were told yes and to arrive by 1:30pm. I arrived at 1:20pm and completed paperwork. By 2;45 I had still not been called The receptionist stated that the staff in back decided to call other people and we would have to wait. If I had known you could not see me I would not have come to spend my afternoon in your waiting room. The clerk at the desk was very nice. The problem came from unprofessional choices from the back office.
