I arrived early for my appointment and I was taking back early. The whole time I was back there and they were very compassionate caring and had the knowledge about what they were doing. These women are amazing. Dr Wright was as good as gold as always and explain the things in the way that I understood them. I would highly recommend Coastal vision Center I don't think you will find better care anywhere else and Camden County
I was seeing floaters for a couple days. I called to make an appointment. I was seeing that day they explained to me the charges in the billing to me clearly. My experience from the technician to the doctors through the receptionist To the sales, it was a wonderful experience. On my prescription, I noticed they didn't give my the pupil distance. So I called up, and they allowed me to come in immediately.And measure that for me. We're definitely recommend to others.
Dr Herron was awesome! She was exceptionally caring and understanding about my fears and anxiety. She really listened to my concerns and explained everything. I felt like she was very thorough in her exam to rule out any retinal tears or holes. I will definitely trust her for any eye related concerns in the future!
Had exam. Sent to representative to get prescription. He was busy and I couldn't wait Asked for prescription from reception desk. Told I had to sign for receipt. Signed. Went home and found I had been given my 2025 prescription. Went back 2 weeks later. Asked for 2026 prescription . Told I couldn't have it because it wasn't finalized. So I would have to come back another time. They would email me when it was ready. Sounds like a scam to force you to get your glasses from them.
