Poor service, I literally felt like my child's therapist didn't care. So, I complained. It got better for a while but normality kicked back in. Also, we missed a couple of appointments due to insurance update on the file, which was updated on the portal. However, my child's service was still terminated even after mentioning I'm waiting on the insurance card, and the updated on the portal. It's sad! My son has been seeing Mr. Matt for a while now, and where I appreciate how understanding and open minded he is, my son appreciates him for making him feel like he can talk with Mr. Matt about anything, and I am grateful for that!
I am so so so overjoyed I found this practice! My counselor is amazing and so helpful; the office is so soothing and calming; and everyone there is so genuinely kind and friendly! Their communication through email and phone is so helpful too! Recommend this practice to everyone I know!!
My Counselor changed my life for the better, her own upbringing taught me about how to heal from mine and she made it her mission to get me there. Now 4 years later im the best I’ve ever been emotionally and mentally. Thank you, you are a true blessing.
