Amanda emailed me shortly after processing my order to advise that they had accidentally sent the incorrect item. They offered for me to keep the wrong item as a gift and immediately sent out the correct item. I was very impressed that they discovered the mistake before the item arrived in the post and how quickly they rectified it. Excellent customer service 👏

I bought a vintage cabinet a year ago, and during the transporting, one of the glass door was broken so the seller/courier had a repair for it, however, the newly installed glass has cracks on it, which shouldn’t be. I have followed CV on Social Media for so long and just love the unique and fun items that they source and make available for everyone to decorate with. We have just built a new home and have finally been able to hang the items we purchased there. The Life Preserver takes pride of place in our Grandchildren’s Play Room and adds a lovely playful maritime theme. This has to be my most favourite shop. There are so many unique vintage and antique marine/sea related items to see and purchase. The staff are very helpful and super friendly too!
