I’m not sure why the one star person below me posted all that. What she is saying is absolutely untrue. I have been a resident here since the apartments have been built. The apartment manager here is absolutely the best. She goes above and beyond for her residents. If I call because something is broken, she is on it that very day. Changed my review after a few months here. It went from 5 stars to 1… I wish there was an option for 0 stars. It started out great but the front desk staff has a horrible attitude and made the whole experience here uncomfortable and unpleasant. They think they are above you with their passive aggressive attitudes which is weird because they work at an apartment complex and their job is to be accommodating and kind..you would think?. Coastal Village Apartments is a fantastic place to stay! The apartments are modern and clean. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. A special shoutout to Reina for her exceptional customer service—she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond.
