Coastal view installed all of our windows, front door and our sliding back door. Customer service was top notch! Pam reached out every step of the way to make sure we ordered all the styles we wanted. She helped with stain colors for our front door as well. We had an issue with our latch on our back door and she had someone out after the weeekend to fix it. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Very knowledgeable! We had a window and mini blinds insert needing replacement. Installer recommended that we check with the original window company to check warranty. Unfortunately, that company was out of business. But what we appreciated was Coastal View’s honesty and advice. Their quote was reasonable, not the lowest/not the highest. They were in and out in about 2.5 hours. No mess to clean, laying down blankets as they went and shop vac’d at the end. Very happy, would recommend.

Went into their store to price a new French door. Was told someone would be out the next day to measure the opening. A week later the contractor showed up and did the measurements. After several weeks I’m still waiting for a quote. If this is how they do business, I think I will pass on this company.
