Medical personnel were professional and receptive. The front office has a lot to be desired. They discredited the entire experience by letting the referral lapse and did not inform me until we drove an hour for the appointment. Worst part was the malice attempt to tell me they called and left a message to which I attempted to show them my entire call log…..they weren’t interested. Treated very well
If I could give this dump a oooo I would I was treated so poorly by the nurse practitioner Susanne Holton as she stood up like she was going to hit me and she was on video by my husband and mis diagnosed me as I just sat there and listened to her mis diagnosis n her raising her voice louder n louder so I went to Cchc imaging to give her the test she misdiagnosed me with and took it back now to the attorneys office I never been treated so poorly at a drs office in my 57 years alive she needs to be fired and I had my husband c... read more
