Tried to rent a home for my husband and I while we relocate from Atlanta for new job opportunities. Coastal Rental has some great properties, customer relationship management cannot have the same said though. Requested to view a property and the assigned agent said there was no availability. Call back the next day and a different agent answers saying they can show the property on the desired day. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE amongst themselves or to you. Everything seemed fine till it was time to move out of my 1 year rental. I asked for paint so I could touch up the walls due to some minor damage from command strips that held up some of my wall decor. I was told no one had the original paint. I asked what to do then. Danielle at coastal rental property told me to cut a hole in the wall. Take the sample to Lowe’s and have them pull the color. I did exactly what they told me to do. After touching it up. No people skills, poor business ethics and lies.
