Well no one I know wants to grow a kidney stone to big to pass and have to have a stent placed inside their ureter. Unfortunately it happens and it happened to me twice now. I had a stone in my right kidney to big to pass 5 1/2 years ago. The stent was to big and I continued to have spasms the entire almost 4 weeks it was in. I could never imagine you could ever get better care anywhere. I had a problem . They aggressively attacked the problem and cured it. Everyone in the office is kind and understanding. The Doctor are very direct and give you all the time needed to explained the situation.
This place is aboustely horrible staff is unprofessional will never go here again veryy unhelpful.
The experience was about what I expected in terms of the wait. The doctor was busy but nice when giving info. The nice lady who took care of exiting paperwork after the visit was fantastic!
