Dr. Chapman and Christina are wonderful, but the woman who just answered the phone while I was trying to explain to her that I was disconnected and trying to confirm an appointment tomorrow on behalf of my husband was very rude. She transferred me while I was talking without telling me she was transferring me and again I was disconnected. My husband never received a reminder call that is why I called the Neptune office.
I met Dr Chapman when I was very ill in the hospital. He was kind, reassuring and professional. He went out of his way to have my appointment for follow care and needed surgery scheduled as soon as possible. He and his staff have always been very gracious and helpful. I would definitely recommend seeing him.
This is the second year they moved my appointment without calling me. What a waste of my time! A doctor is only as good as an efficient and professional staff. I will look for another Urologist.
Office staff is beyond rude. Move appointments back farther after waiting for weeks for the appointment.
