Multiple transfers of records associated with move to area. Consistently told not received. Finally, after 5 attempts, they were received. They demanded a referral even though it is clear I have issues and see former urologist every 6 months. Referral made twice, still claiming not received. Office person just told me again they don't have my records even though supervisor had to do transfer over a month ago and confirmed receipt. Good luck getting return calls. Worst staff and doctor ever They cancelled my appointment the same day after months waiting for this...But I went there to understand why they did that to people who need a diagnosis and treatment, they were rude and the doctor wasn't polite, he said you don't have solution without any knowledge about me and any exam or test either. You deserve ZERO stars
