Apparently they care more about money than people before I'm even seen I have to pay 45 dollars guess Medicare pts should just go to the hospital at least there both insurances are taken ofw if your disability money didn't get given to you if you can't pay you can't be seen whatever guess I'll just have to put up with diapers for the rest of my life thnx a lot
I was treated poorly by the ladies at the front desk including the office manager. And anyone who knows me, knows I am nice to everyone. It was my last straw and why, I canceled all my upcoming appointments and I intend on taking my business and my ongoing care somewhere else. After seeing a previous urologist, I changed to Dr. Carrie Fitzgerald. She is very friendly and professional. After a cystoscopy, my problem was resolved. I highly recommend her.
Extremely poor office etiquette, I would highly, highly advise going elsewhere.
Dr. Chapman takes his time to explain what is required to help the patient. My husband and I are very glad we chose him. His staff has always been nothing but very professional with us. I highly recommend Dr. Chapman.
