One of the worst experiences with a service contractor I’ve ever had. 3 no calls no shows after him repeatedly telling me he was coming by. When confronted about it, he tried to gaslight me for expecting him to show up or call if he couldn’t make it. He said that I was not a priority. I finally went with someone else after the 3rd no call no show. Unfortunately I had already paid his service call fee. Avoid at all costs. Not dependable, not respectful, not responsible.
Watched Gary take hard earned money from many home owners. Tell his customers , employee's " matieral is on the way " the same lies over and over. For more than a week I have witnessed this happen many times. WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH.... He also has a problem complying with the work he was supposed to accomplish
Great new business that always strives to have happy customers at the end of every job! Unfortunately as a new business, good employees are hard to find. Too bad disgruntled employees that struggle to do their job feel the need to bash businesses online when they’re just starting out.
This company is not able to preform simple jobs. They write checks that bounce.
