2 minutes ago Would be a 0 if I could because we ordered and paid for a part going on 2 weeks ago.... was advised it was shipped on Friday the 1st of May and have not been able to reach anyone at that office for over a week now and no part has arrived, no response whatsoever for 10 days....while it costs me an extra $100 day for rental on top of it. Used to be great when they were in Savannah, nothing but problems since they moved to Brooklet
