RecommendedYears ago I had Coastal Transmission instal a new transmission in my wife's van. They did an awesome job and never had any issues. So when my transmission in my truck started having issues I took it to Coastal without hesitation. It has been five weeks since the change and have had problems ever since. Amazing customer service. I would highly recommend. You just don’t find this kind of customer service anymore. So very pleased.
I know The owners and I know them very well. They are the finest and honest people that you could ever do business with.
Do not patronize this business. This man is a crook. He will cheat you. He purposely left out the new valve body on the rebuild. Thought i wouldn't notice. Then lied and said it was running poorly due to something else he couldn't specify. I had to take my jeep to Rincon transmission and show Richard the evaluation before he would fix it right. When I finally picked up my jeep at the shop, he was nowhere to be seen.......
Do not patronize this business. This man is a crook. He will cheat you. Only in Savannah could this man stay in business. The original owner is long gone. Go to Rincon Transmission if you need work done, they can be trusted.
Great transmission work and even better people. Richard and his staff are first class and provide excellent, customer-focused service. I highly recommend Coastal Transmission!
