They have had my family's car for 2 months now. I could have installed a rebuilt or brand-new transmission in less than 2 weeks at home without a lift using jacks and stands. The excuses are funny because everything they keep telling us are the excuses you look up online when mechanics make up excuses because they don't have the know how or skills to perform the action that is needed to fix the issue.
