I’ve been living here for 6 years (only because of work). The building is very old and infested with cockroaches. The staff is rude, with very few exceptions. They will tow your car without notice. before they at least had the decency to call, but now they just don’t care and only want to make money off residents. They charge $10 to park at night and they keep changing security guards, letting go of the good ones. They’ve been “remodeling” the building for years and it still looks terrible. Needs work. Security is a little ridiculous on certain aspects and on others they are laxed.
My concern regarding the behavior of Franchesca, the current property manager at Coastal Towers 400 King Point Dr Sunny Isles Beach, FZl 33160 Her conduct toward owners has been insulting and disrespectful, showing a clear lack of professionalism. Additionally, her treatment of employees demonstrates the same disregard. As an owner and resident, I expect management to uphold standards of respect and professionalism toward both residents and staff.
