Beautiful place to live in, very nice Security personnel, specially Adrianna, Security Officer at front desk, always very efficient and polite

Building is under construction. Balconies closed for over a year. They blocked out the views with tarps and blue plastic over the windows. Service elevator was down for over 6 months and the pool has been out of service for almost a year or more. The construction is 6 days a week starting at 8am but you may have workers in your window as soon as 7:45am. Imagine jack hammers going from 8am to 4pm. Half of the gym equipment does not work. Location is great, across from the beach. Very secure.
