lady at the front was always rude and a pain in the neck to deal with
I would like to echo the first review were on here. Multiple mistakes getting my child's medicine permission slip to the school. When I point out the mistake made in the office I get condescending rude "I don't like your tone," stuff. Really bad service. Dr. was OK
The desk office manager is rude, sarcastic, condescending,and unprofessional. Our provider has been amazing for years but this was our first visit to the Mt. Pleasant location. I can't believe that their staff doesn't recognize this poor choice of a staff person, given the nature of their business. That was our first and last visit. As a paying client for professional mental wellness and also very well-insured by TriCare, I refuse to accept this type "customer service".
