I waited months to see Dr. Nassery, and I got a call letting me know my appointment got canceled and I had to reschedule to December. I then waited for my new appointment that was scheduled for January. I got a call just a few days before my appointment letting me know that my appointment needed to be rescheduled again. The young lady offered me sometimes this week that I cannot keep because of my other obligations. She then tried to turn the situation around on me as if I’m the one at fault. Seems most of the negative reviews are from overly a year ago, and I want to give an updated view. I’ve seen Dr Nassery a couple of times now, and she has been great in terms of explaining options, helping me go with the most conservative route possible, answering all my questions, etc. She also took the needed time to explain everything and getting all my questions answered. **I don’t mind waiting for a doctor if it means that they’re taking more time with their patients instead of just rushing through. I was referred to Dr. Nassery and called in to make my appointment. They were booked out about 3 months which is not unusual lately. The appointment was made and the following day I was called due to an opening from a cancellation. I was in the office that day. Dr. Nassery was great! No one looks forward to getting their tush looked at but she made it easy. The front staff made my day! Such sweet ladies and very professional. So nice when the overall experience is pleasant. Thank you!
