They were on time and did a great job. They kept me informed every day on where they were on our job
It's been over 2 years since we had our driveway, walks and patio done. It didn't take long for the patio and driveway to start showing signs of the substrate showing through. The surface was properly prepared to start with (see the picture taken after the surface was sanded). You can also see in the "finished" picture where there are numerous gouges in the concrete, the finish is wearing through and it is just splotchy looking. Had our back porch and by the pool done not even a year ago and it’s peeling and flaking up everywhere (there claiming it’s our concrete) we have had 2 concrete people out here and 2 other epoxy company’s and they all just say how much of a crappy job they did on our job. I keep calling them to come fix it and they are claiming it’s our concrete and not there doing because they don’t want to come fix it. We will be taking them to small claims court. I would give them 10 stars if it would let me!!! We moved to Calabash 2 weeks ago. We bought a new construction house in Brunswick Plantations. We called probably 10 people about getting a quote to get the floor done. Kurt, with Coastal Surface Solutions is the only one that called us back! We explained our situation and time frame and he did his best to fit us into his schedule. Chance and his partner came out to do the floor over a 2 day period.
