To start, (I have medium brown hair) I asked for blonde balayage and showed my reference picture and my hair turned out NOTHING like the reference photo (I understand inspo photos are often not exactly what you’ll get) however the hair I left the salon with almost matched the hair I entered with. I love coming out here and my hair is always gorgeous. Sierra is a wizard with color, balyage, tone, and cuts. However, there is another stylist that is SO loud that I do not get the relaxing experience I so hope for. This woman is basically yelling. I can hear her loud and clear over the blow dryers. I don't know if she doesn't have any social awareness or is that out of touch with reality. Quiet down woman!!! No one came here to hear your stories or opinions.
