I have never been so motivated to get up at 4:30am and get ready to go to the gym before coming to Coastal. I'm so glad a took a chance on this little gym. It has been one of the best decisions ever. The Coaches are amazing and encouraging. Instructions are thorough and they are always there to help. Coastal is the BEST!

I've been a member of Coastal for about 6 years now. The support by both the coaches and other members makes this feel more like a communicate than an anonymous gym. The accountability of being there for your gym-mates and for your own self benefit have driven me to continue to be part of the family.

I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help you improve—no matter your fitness level. They take the time to explain proper form, offer personalized tips, and really make sure you’re getting the most out of every workout. The atmosphere is amazing, too. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and happiness. After my gym suddenly closed it's doors back in March 2025, I was on the search to find something else. I had been looking for about 3 weeks until my husband's co-worker had mentioned Coastal Strength. Sure there were options like those open gyms for cheap. I did try that option a year ago since there was one close to my work. I figured on days I could not make it to my regular gym, I would just use the alternative.
