Would not cover the damages when someone tried stealing my car
This lady ran a stop sign right behind me. Horrible road rage and non stop honking when I had the right of way. I have cameras all over my car. She drives a gold Toyota Camry license plate 8GFH087 Hopefully she gets fired!! Now I know where she works!!!! Don’t do business here!
I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Acrisure Insurance. We used to have good service when Dave Erickson worked here but he retired. I have been given the run around on a policy that had expired while being told 'Things were being handled'. The customer service is non existent and I have no confidence in anything I have been told.
Utterly useless agency with extremely inept and immoral agents that will screw you over royally, tell you wrong information, lack accountability and refuse to fix THEIR LIES/MISTAKES! I regret my horrific time with them. Still unsettled matters.
Poor customer service, they never call me back or answer any of my emails.
