I’m not one to usually write reviews. We just bought a new house where coastal stairs had done the staircases and balustrades for all six dwellings in the complex. I requested that they supply and fit a matching balustrade to a smaller set of stairs due to some health issues in the family. I was informed that they would supply but not install it as the “job was too small”.
