I engaged Coastal Stairs in May 2023 with a view to moving into my newly built home by Xmas. Come November they had done nothing, not even finalise engineering drawings so I had no choice but to sever ties. My builder tried to contact them numerous times for updates but they refused to answer calls and/or respond. Do not use this dodgy company. Ordered and paid for my stairs in September 2022, it is now late August 2023! and still unfinished. Its almost 12 months without completion and the owner kris wont even return a call. Have now gone to consumer affairs and seeking legal action for consequential losses. I fully agree 100% with below review from Felicity P.
Always a great result.
Despite going through all the details over the phone they stopped answering my calls , if the job was a little too far you could have the decency to pick up the phone and say so !! Replying to your response I did email and only got a reply as soon as I wrote this review
