The health care team at this place literally saved my life. I was referred for 'sciatica pain'. At the initial visit instead of going the easy way of numbing my pain away and send me on my merry way to physical therapy, the Dr. ordered x-rays and MRI. The MRI showed a Tarlov cyst on my lower spine and also sizable cyst on my right ovary. I AM a pain management patient at a reputable ortho practice. I am seen 4 times a year (every 3 months) because that is what the law requires. I am drug tested ONCE a YEAR because that is what the law requires. The two months following my quarterly visit requires me to call in and have my prescription refilled by my ortho practice but nothing in person is required. This place is the worst place to go to do you know that the United States sued them For 17 million dollars is that the kind of place you want to go to Coastal spine and pain management It's the worst place to go look at their ratings look at all the Is bad reviews
