This place will let you go and hand you over to somebody else when they get tired of you or they cannot handle you. They drop me soon as I got out of the hospital for trying to hurt myself telling me I could come back to him and they never let me come back to him. They would. They refuse to talk to me and they passed me down to somebody else. Put me on a lower level of care. Mostly they just didn't give a shit about my overall health and concerns. They lie a lot about things
This has to be the absolute worst care provider ever. Inconsistent communication. They laugh at clients who are in a crisis, & you’ll meet 30 different people in the span of 6 months because they can’t keep people. Your insurance will pay them for doing nothing
I had some issues with them a couple of years ago. But, now that they are under new management I love them. They are extremely nice and very dependable. I would recommend using any other service providers.
First let me say, I absolutely LOVED my job. I LOVED what I did and the people in which I served. I watched a multitudes of staff come in and quickly leave out. I HAD alot of hope and really aspired to see change in the work culture there. Yes, some individuals who left, or was made to leave weren't meant to be there and you will have that. Great mental health office/company. Office changes, caring staff; qualified professionals doing an awesome job taking care of disadvantaged individuals. Coastal is making a big difference in Gaston county! Best ACTT around!!
