been a loyal patient of Dr. Green’s office for 5 years, coming in every 3 months, and I’m very disappointed with how my recent experience was handled. I missed an appointment in April, which I understand is subject to a fee. However, I wasn’t charged until three months later in July. Running patient cards months later, “when it suits the office,” is not transparent or professional. Patients deserve timely and consistent billing — not unexpected charges long after the fact. As usual, everything went smoothly during my last visit when Dr. Green installed another crown with no pain, no fuss, and just joy! I am a regular, so to say that everyone in the office is always friendly, polite, and efficient is to repeat myself! Dr. Green's practice is indeed the best! Just had my second cleaning and a new crown .very comfortable and pain free. Dr Green provided some good recommendations to improve my gum and teeth heath. Definitely recommend
