I was with Dr Knepper and his staff for over 12 years. Could not have been treated better. The current dentists are very good but the staff is very unprofessional and uncaring. And not fully processing or working with the insurances to support the patient. I now am going to another dentist in the area. The dentist and their full staff are professional, efficient and very knowledgeable of all insurance processes. Look into other dental groups if you want to be treated as though you matter.
