Excellent experience from reception to respiratory therapists. I have nothing but good things to say. They have provided consistent care and attention to my needs and provided regular follow-ups to all my concerns.
My experience with Danny McLeod was thorough and and extremely helpful. He made everything easy to understand, tailored the machine and mask and helped me find the right fit for me and my complex needs. Understanding Apnea has been a daunting task, and his support made this transition much more comfortable.
I was just in Coastal Sleep Langley again to get information on my report, and it was so bright, cheerful and clean, I was so impressed. It has always been a lovely office, but they have done a bit of a refresh and it's even better!! Of course, the staff are always incredible, and today was no exception. With so many options available for assistance with sleep apnea, Coastal Sleep continues to be head and shoulders above them all.
I came into Coastal Sleep with just a few general questions about sleep apnea and treatment options — nothing booked, just curious — and was genuinely impressed by the experience.
