Very strange experience, that doesn't leave one very comfortable. Off shore call reps call looking for credit card I formation over the phone. Unsure how this can be considered PCI compliant.
Horrible customer service. Very disorganized. Paula the supervisor lacks professionalism.
These people steal your debit card information. I have never had an appt here or had a sleep study done. I don't know how they obtained my debit info, but I received an email stating they had it and to update my payment method. Be careful!
Took them 2 weeks to mail me the device Then proceeded to Bill me $25 extra dollars because they didn’t receive the device mailed back within 7 days? Called and got no answer. Left message never received call back. Would NOT recommend this company.
