The staff was polite and thorough, taking the time to explain every step so I knew exactly what to expect. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Although I would have preferred to receive my results that night, I understand the staff followed proper protocol in not disclosing them. I was very pleased with this facility for my sleep study test. Issac was a very nice young man he was fast,efficient,kind and considerate. He really knew his job and was very adaptable to my needs. It was super quiet and I had a very good sleep. The bedding,room and bathroom was immaculate. Definitely 5 star. Thank you to the wonderful staff and faculty who made my night very comfortable. Are you ready for the worst nights sleep ever? I was too, but it didn't happen! The staff was great, the bed was pretty comfortable- a queen- not a twin like I expected. I finally got the right face mask on the third try- don't be afraid to say you are not comfortable. The staff is there to help you and make your night go as good as it can.
