I stopped in on a beautiful Sunday morning for a late brunch, and I’m so glad I did! Over medium eggs means that it should be a little runny. These were hard to the touch. When I told the waitress she said that's how they cook them. Nobody in the world cooks them like that . I would hate to see their over hard eggs . She said I could make them over easy if I wanted. Place is nice but food is not good. I never have food cooked over at a restaurant because who knows what they will do. And they always say that they would never do things like that but it happens every day.
