One of the electric storm shutters got stuck and would not come down. We were in a time crunch as we were leaving for an extended period of time and needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. Called and talked to Danielle. She was great and was able to schedule a service call the next day despite their very busy schedule for the rest of the week. Service arrived by 12:30, fixed the issue quickly, and the shutters now work perfectly. Can't thank them enough for the responsive and professional service. Highly recommended!
