Our experience with Coastal Shutters and Mike (the owner) was exactly what it should be.....seamless from beginning to end! It speaks volumes when the owner is the person you deal with from the very beginning. Mike scheduled the estimate appointment, did all the measuring, brought samples of his product and the competitors to provide an apples to apples comparison. We had a great experience with Mike and his team. He brought samples for us to view and explained the different types of shades from which we could choose. He gave us pros and cons of the different types and helped us make a selection. Once the shades were in, the installers did a really professional job putting the shades up and ensuring that the motors worked and the shade movements were synchronized. We couldn't be happier with the results. I don't think you could go wrong choosing Mike and Coastal Shutters and Blinds.
Mike was excellent, very professional and clearly experienced. He made the process simple. Will and Zack (two polite and professional young men) installed the shutters and blinds without issue and the finished product looks and functions great. We highly recommend Coastal Shutters & Blinds.
Beautiful window treatments! Installed to perfection. The guys installing them were very informative, nice and very easy to talk to. The owner, Mike, is on top of everything and gets back with to you quickly. Highly recommended this business.
