Very happy with this company. Reliable and responsive service. They did the original landscaping for our new home. They have been maintaining the landscaping and doing add ons. We have been using this service for 5 years.

From the first time that I contacted Coastal Shores they have been responsive. They worked with us on the design and plantings. We recently had their plantings completed. They come once a month to maintain the beds. They spray the weeds, deadhead the plants and give advice. They transplanted a bush for us. The bush did not survive. Good luck getting an estimate. They visited our home on April 24, discussed a large project — patio, landscaping overhaul, trees, shrubs, lawn care — and promised an estimate within “a week or two.” It’s now June 2. After multiple follow-ups and repeated promises, we still have nothing. We finally gave up. We’ve never had such a hard time trying to give a business our money. Maybe our project just wasn't big enough to waste their time on...?

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. It was 10 days out for an appointment, which was fine. The sales consultant was on time, very professional and seemed to know what he was taking about. He said it would take about a week and a half for a quote. Waited over two weeks and sent a text asking when I might get the quote. Crickets.. to this day which is almost five weeks nothing. If you didn’t want the job, just let me know. A waste of my time ….

We hired Coastal Shores Landscape to replace a tree in our front yard. They did a splendid job from start to finish. We live in a community with precise HOA rules, and Coastal Shores provided all necessary documentation that made the HOA acceptance quite easy. The planting crew is competent, friendly and nice to be around. Actually, I can say the same for the entire staff we worked with. We are very pleased.
