If you expect follow thru with a job; DON"T CALL COASTAL!. They did a fine job on the install of our new heat pump. Yet here we sit 8 weeks later, waiting for the install of the grates to fit our returns. Very disappointed in a company that claims to be "small enough to know your name" yet each time I call they act as though they have no clue what is going on. Lies and more lies.
