Friendly service, easy scheduling and service guys were timely, respectful, kind and experienced in their job detail. The driver called ahead of time to let us know he was on their way. Great service, highly recommend Coastal Septic! The service fee included septic tank bacteria to use twice per year to keep the septic tank working sufficiently.
Darrin and Brian did a great job pumping my tank and answered all my questions and advised me on proper care that I could do myself between pump outs. Courteous, pleasant and knowledgable. Coastal put my tanks and septic field in several years ago and did a great job, in a timely manner, and at a decent price. We now call them for the pump out every few years. When the hurricane struck us in October 2024 our septic finally collapsed! The management company sent this company to me. They were very thorough with their assessment of the issue and recommended a full septic system replacement. They came out every two weeks to empty the system while my landlord dragged his feet about replacing it. After 6 months I’m happy to report a brand new septic system has been installed.
