We used the Columbia, SC location. Great customer service start to finish. We had a small job (three windows), a lot of other companies didn't even call us back. Russell in the Columbia office helped us every step of the way.
Our original door had a problem and the seams split open due to having not been treated in a timely manner during the build process (I was told). Toby from Coastal Sash & Door worked with us to order a replacement door which was delivered on time and in great condition. We now have a beautiful new door (yes, its treated) and get many compliments from our neighbors.
Worst experience with windows ever. Waited almost a year for 1 window order. Other order came as wrong color.
Removed my prior comments as I am awaiting correction of a problem. Will post final review when resolved.
"Poor Customer service and no response to appointment request" Called and made Initial contact with Customer service for an estimate, needing 8 Hurricane rated replacement windows was on 8/22/23 for my home on Hilton Head Island. Text response to my Voice mail; "please text pictures of the window" which I did that day. Text response; Austin McBroom from Bluffton, the sales person, will be in touch to schedule a meeting be advised we are 10 days out on meeting dates........ One Week Later 8/29/23.........
