I recommend this company all day!!!! I bought windows a while back and I love my Marvin windows had them for years. I needed some adjusting and other Items i need addressed. I called Coastal sash and door and Darby answered the phone very quickly and was just so incredible professional and so sweet, she had a service tech out here quick! The service tech was so polite. Noticed there was some issues that needed to be addressed. The tech said that Darby would reach out to me with all my updates, I was truly believing it would ... read more
Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received!! I called in to have a very sweet, polite and very respectful young lady answer the phone. I believe her name was Darby and she helped me through the process of getting my one window that was broken replaced. He was so professional and polite and talked me through the whole process. Honestly such a great e... read more
I'm surprised this company is still in business. You have to make an appointment to look at their windows/doors. Of the 5 times I've called, only once has the phone been answered. I was told someone would call me back - that hasn't happened yet. Their voicemail is also full so you can't leave a message. Probably for the best to have this experience upfront so I can look for a better company to buy from.
We had our windows replaced by coastal sash and door, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Really enjoyed working with Sam Fredrick, he was very knowledgeable about what we wanted in our windows. No job goes without a hiccup or two but Sam was right on top of it. It’s been two years and still loving our windows.
