Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received!! I called in to have a very sweet, polite and very respectful young lady answer the phone. I believe her name was Darby and she helped me through the process of getting my one window that was broken replaced. Had it here so quick and she kept calling me with updates on it to let me know when it got ordered and had an ETA of it. Had her tech Mike come out and install it. I'm surprised this company is still in business. You have to make an appointment to look at their windows/doors. Of the 5 times I've called, only once has the phone been answered. I was told someone would call me back - that hasn't happened yet. Their voicemail is also full so you can't leave a message. Probably for the best to have this experience upfront so I can look for a better company to buy from.
We had our windows replaced by coastal sash and door, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Really enjoyed working with Sam Fredrick, he was very knowledgeable about what we wanted in our windows. No job goes without a hiccup or two but Sam was right on top of it. It’s been two years and still loving our windows.
If you buy from Coastal Sash and Door, just know they will not be there for you when you need repairs/replacements. I bought all my windows/doors from them for a 3 bedroom home. I have had 3 break and/or leak and have had to call and email multiple times just to get minimal service and no service on most recent water leak window. I have given up on the last request. Don’t expect any service after they have your money.
