We had our windows replaced by coastal sash and door, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Really enjoyed working with Sam Fredrick, he was very knowledgeable about what we wanted in our windows. No job goes without a hiccup or two but Sam was right on top of it. It’s been two years and still loving our windows.

If you buy from Coastal Sash and Door, just know they will not be there for you when you need repairs/replacements. I bought all my windows/doors from them for a 3 bedroom home. I have had 3 break and/or leak and have had to call and email multiple times just to get minimal service and no service on most recent water leak window. I have given up on the last request. Don’t expect any service after they have your money.

Built a large home in 2017. The builder used these guys for Marvin windows for the house. One of the windows leaked in the last 6 months. Getting a lot of "well you could hire an engineering company to test the window", "you could call Marvin yourself", "I'm just a sales guy", etc. When you sell a product, you should be just as excited to help the customer after the sale as you were before the sale.

Could be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. For over 6 months we have been trying to get them to fix and replace all of the issues we have discovered. Missed sized doors, leaking windows, manufacturing issues, cheep weather striping, locks that do not work. I would suggest that if you are looking for a window and door company, look someplace else. These are not the kind of people you should do business with.
