Shannon and Patty are amazing. Delivered our 5th wheel. Cut some tree branches back and was able to park the 5th wheel in a tight spot. Above great customer service. Love our Montana High Country. Thanks a million.
Amazing customer service, nicest people and they delivered when we didn’t have a truck to haul the RV to where it needed to go. This couple were amazing and the process was super easy and fast so appreciative they were helpful through the whole thing. Thank you Coastal RV!
Shannon and Patti were excellent beyond words to work along side with! We really appreciate all the information and help through out the buying process. We saw it on a Sunday, worked on getting financing for our dream toy hauler throughout the week and they held it for us to come down the following weekend. Would never use them again Trailer has been nothing but a nightmare. Was assured everything worked and was in good condition. First day the heater didn't work. Took a day and a half to figure out how to fix. When I called and told the owner he said he was sure it worked he just didn't know how to turn it on. Well the reason he couldn't figure out how to turn it on is because the controller for the center ac and heater went bad and someone switched the controller from the back ac to the center.
