We have rented RVs from here 2 years in a row for our family reunion. We have never had any huge problems! A missing remote or key and low tire pressure in one tire was nothing to sweat about. We ALWAYS get exceptional service when we go in to pick out what we want and have a great time chatting with the staff. All of the office staff know us now when we walk in the door. For that have given bad reviews 7 months ago I encourage you to give a second chance. The company faced a very upsetting a difficult loss of the young owner over last summer, which coincides with the reviews. Her finance and employee where doing the best while mourning and trying to get up to speed on her scheduling. During the floods many of the units were rented and had to be rescued before they were damaged. This was done solely many Brian. Very disappointed in my rental experience. I have been waiting a week for my deposit refund and still have not received it. Was told maybe tomorrow? We had multiple problems with the trailer including a dead battery and water pump not working when we picked the trailer up. This delayed our weekend trip by a half day waiting on repairs. While they did get pump working the pressure was extremely low because the trailer had the wrong water pump.
