RecommendedWe have never had better customer service than from Coastal RV. When we bought our first, inexpensive motor home from Coastal, Todd, Julian, Alexis and the whole staff treated us as if we were buying something costing 10 times as much. From making sure everything was just right before we took possession to amazing service well after the sale, we could not have asked for a better experience. YES, ABSOLUTELY! Todd and Julian have built something special on the cornerstones of value, honesty, transparency, fairness and customer service. Scott was terrific on the sales and post-sales side. Thomas and the maintenance guys are attentive and gifted. Everyone on the team understands it's all about customer satisfaction. Out of a 1-5, Kathleen and I would give Coastal RV a 6! Being new to RV'ing, they have gone above and beyond for us at every point in our new journey. And we love our Thor Quantum WS31! Thanks, guys!

great experience - no high pressure and knowledgeable workers. They set us up with a campsite and the maintenance guy Mike came with us and mage sure we knew how to set it up! Would highly recommend Coastal RV to anyone!

Wow. What a great experience. We went before looking for an rv and found a couple we liked but when we found this one, we knew it was the one. Jullian and Matt are great. Very knowledgeable about all the ones on their lot. Plus they super nice. Worked with us all the way to make sure we had what we wanted. Will go back next week to pick it up and learn all the ins and outs of our rv because they have us set up for a school at a campsite near by. Will go back anytime we have problems or want to upgrade. I can’t say enough good things about everyone here!!! Julian, Todd, Matt and don’t forget Alexis! They are an amazing group that help you find your home away from home! They offer beautiful coaches at fair prices. The customer service is top notch!!!! They are honest and very knowledgeable. We have gotten a great RV and gained new friends. Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. In desperate need of AC help and of all things, the owner Julian answered the phone. Now keep in mind, I'm headed there from Orlando and was trying to schedule a repair ahead of time. The owner, yes the owner..... spent 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to help troubleshoot my problem and also gave me a referral to provide additional help when we arrive in SC.
