Every van owner hates a leak but hey, thats part of owning a van right? I called Coastal RV on Monday to get my 17.58.3 Journey repaired and they were able to fix it that same day! They did an awesome job removing the old sealant and re-doing the joint. The workmanship is second to none 👌I also had a new awning installed whilst it was in and the installation is better than the factory install by Jayco! Awesome work allround from Coastal RV. Had our van serviced for our 3rd time here. How atrocious are the new owners! Phone calls about new parts that weren't installed,wrong billing, discrepancies in brakeshoe measures and other things. And then blatantly lying . They also damaged our custom made spare wheel cover, when queried about it the pictures (pre service) conveniently went missing, yet I have proof that it wasn't damaged..The new owner is cocky and arrogant and I'm sure this business will survive as he lies and rips off the caravan community.
