Do not use this company. They took $6,500.00 from us and did no work. Took them to court and they did not show. We were awarded the settlement and they still did not pay. They will steal your money and that is a fact.
Coastal Roofing run by a husband and wife team (Guillermo and Alejandra) are the type of business we like to support. Small, local business. Unfortunately, after making payments months ago, they left the job half-completed and have become non-responsive. They also rented a storage unit with our business and have refused to pay for months, always providing a run around when asked. We paid $6,500.00 to this company as a down payment to remove and rebuild a covered porch on May 5, 2022. They promised to do the work on May 10th and 11th. They never showed. They rescheduled for May 14th and 21st and never showed up. All they do is give excuses. They promised a refund and have not returned our money. I am having to take them to court. I do not recommend them.
We hired Coastal Roofing to change out our old shingle roof to a new metal roof. What an experience! Despite several bumps along the way (not their fault but our old house's fault) this company was awesome. They are some of the hardest working people we have ever dealt with in Beaufort. They responded to our messages in quick time. They worked long days and extra hours to make sure everything was perfect! You will not be disappointed. Fair pricing, honest hard working people, who honor their word!
We used Coastal Carolina Roofing, LLC to replace our 19 year old roof at the end of January 2021 and had a great experience. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process and their pricing was very competitive. They completed the job in a timely manner, ensured to clean up each evening before they left and always communicated the next step. Very pleased with this company and I highly recommend them.
