I unexpectedly had to take my fur-baby to the vet because she hurt her tail. I can't express enough, just how kind both the vet, Dr. Alex Fritz & the technician were. Alex was thorough, with his exam but very calm and gentle. My cat Winnie is normally very anxious and will try to hide, but she did so well during her appointment. I’ve been to several veterinary clinics over the years, but I’ve rarely seen the level of genuine passion and care that Dr. Fritz showed. It truly made a stressful situation so much easier.
I have been taking my old kitty here for a while and have to say that Dr Lawrence has been amazing. He’s caring, intuitive and practical. He’s taken great care our cat, between careful dental surgery to figuring out our cat had a thyroid problem based on a random symptom I happened to mention. I just feel so confident in the care he provides and appreciative of the time he takes to explain things.
Dr Alex Fritz and Carley (spelling?) were wonderfully gentle with our new rescue Roo. Our new Roo is extremely skittish because she was a feral rescue. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!!
