As a realtor, I can honestly say that Coastal Risk Management is a terrible company that overcharges customers, deceives customers, and uses threats to pressure client into paying. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. On 04/20, I signed a contract with Coastal. Raul quoted me $6,800 for the mold remediation and $6800 for reconstruction, said it would be completed within 10 days.
