It took maybe 16 hours from the time I contacted my Insurance company, to when I received the first call from Coastal. The Coastal Restoration team has been excellent to work with. I had a major job done a couple years ago, and recently a minor leak occurred in the area that was repaired. I contacted the owner Chris and he came out the same morning. With the aid of his fancy tools, he was able to quickly identify the location of the leak. The repairs are in the process. I have nothing but good things to say about Coastal Restoration.
