During the recent atmospheric river last Monday we came home to several leaks coming through two vents on our roof into our house. We called the next morning and Coastal Restoration was on top of sending someone out the same day! Jordan came and evaluated the situation and promptly set up fans and dehumidifiers to help lessen the damage. Edit: the response from the owner actually makes it even worse. Avoid at all costs. This place takes the entire L in Loser. They billed us for a quote, the man who came to my home Lied to us, told my mother the bathroom wall is three layers of Sheetrock when we literally have a hole, where anyone with eyes can see the that there is only one layer, there's actually two holes, and I cut them myself when we first began discussing a bathroom remodel, he also told me that they would have to test "each layer individually" for asbe... read more
Excellent experience with the Coastal Restoration team. These guys were extremely responsive to quickly remedy a problem and assist us with our needs. The team was very professional and thorough, and took the time to ensure our satisfaction before calling the job done.
