We called Coastal Restoration after emergency, weekend water damage. Tory came quickly, had all the needed equipment and began sorting out the mess. The staff is top-notch. Tory, Maggie, Jordan, and Cash were all involved on site. Their courteous, conscientious answers and explanations helped us during a very stressful time. We just finished working with Coastal restoration on our crawlspace. They were extremely communicative and kept us posted throughout the process as contractors were working. Project was completed in a timely manner considering the multiple companies involved in working. we will certainly use them in the future.
On a Saturday morning we experienced a home owners nightmare. We woke to find our kitchen flooded along with room located directly underneath. We quickly called Coastal Restorations and within 30 minutes Alex Thronton (Coastal Restoration Lead Mitigation Technician was at our home. Coastal restoration was called in for a water leak .They were so efficient in helping with expedited removal of damaged things .The team was helpful and considerate in all areas of their work.A very stressful situation was made a bit easier with their courtesy.I highly recommend this company.
