A great local company. Rang office when arrived at Phillip Island to report problems with air conditioner. Rick arrived early next morning. Fixed problem after a couple of hours. Explained problem and tested unit. Excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend. Well for Coastal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Rick and the team have done an amazing job installing our Daikin reverse cycle unit. They were able to squeeze us in before Christmas. Jason was a wizz helping me with the wifi installation.
We very stupidly cooked an airbnb’s aircon remote on a wood stove. Rick came to the rescue with a used remote he had at his shop - completely refusing payment of any kind. He tested the remote, gave us fresh batteries and was super friendly texting with us and in person. Cannot recommend Coastal Refrigeration and Airconditioning enough based on our dealing with him - thanks Rick!
Amazing service provided by a great local business. The team repaired our two split system head units and did a great job. Very reasonably priced for the work that needed to be completed. All round great experience.
