Fixed my 20yr old sub zero for half the price quoted from the preferred sub z repair service. Very honest, and very knowledgeable. All about making sure the customer doesn’t spend more than necessary.
Ray was immediately responsive, professional and eager to share his expert opinion on the repair of our appliance. In spite of the fact that he could perform a costly repair , he advised us to continue on for a new purchase. (That there was no value in repairing the older appliance). It is refreshing to have a service professional do right by his customer in spite of his loss of business. I would recommend any person in need of service to give him a call.
